Which 2022 Ford Explorer is Right for Me?
The 2022 Ford Explorer features eight trim levels to choose from, including the new ST-Line. The new trim utilizes 20-inch wheels and performance-oriented design, complete with exclusive ST-Line badging.
The King Ranch and Platinum models now reach up to 400 horsepower, and offer the choice between second-row bench seating or a pair of captain’s chairs. The Timberline, which was introduced in the 2021 lineup, has the second-row bench option as well.
The 2022 Explorer also offers a hybrid model in the form of the Limited, which also tows up to 5,000 pounds. Even with a less traditional engine, you’re still getting the capability that Ford is famous for.
