Available Positions: Automotive Biller/Title Clerk, and Automotive Sales Consultant


Automotive Biller/Title Clerk:

Avis Ford is currently seeking office clerical and administrative personnel for our Finance/Billing Office. Although experience in retail automotive dealerships is an advantage, we are willing to train the right person.

Competitive hourly pay (+OT) and benefits plan includes medical, dental, 401K, paid vacation, etc. 

Responsibilities 

  • Receive and process paperwork from the F&I Department.
  • Data entry for vehicle sales and purchases.
  • Prepare checks for lien payoffs, referrals, refunds, etc.
  • Costing and finalizing deals to post to accounting.
  • Prepare, submit and monitor funding of bank contracts.
  • Manage and apply for titles and registrations with the applicable state.
  • Maintain reports and/or logs of daily new and used deal activity.
  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Perform various other accounting responsibilities and business requirements as assigned.

  • Comfortable performing Data Entry and working in multiple software programs
  • Well-organized and capable of performing detailed follow-up as necessary

Automotive Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

·       Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process

·       Take incoming sales calls and respond to incoming internet leads

·       Enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features in the showroom and on the lot

·       Conduct a needs analysis and provide customer with vehicle options

·       Share purchase and lease options and complete price quotes

·       Build strong rapport with customers

·       Complete paperwork with customer and provide vehicle walk around at delivery

·       Follow up with customer after the sale

 

Qualifications:

·       Proven sales track record

·       Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday

·       Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections

·       Quality customer service skills and sales track record

·       Strong interpersonal and communications skills, in-person and over the phone

·       Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process

·       Persistent, competitive and good work ethic

·       Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

·       Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background, drug & physical)
