Schedule Service on the FordPass App

Before you begin, there are a few requirements needed to schedule a service appointment through the FordPass App, including your vehicle being added to FordPass and setting a Preferred Dealer like Avis Ford.

Once you complete these criteria, you can now schedule a service appointment with us by following these steps:

Note: If you have more than one vehicle added to your account, select the Home screen, and choose the vehicle you would like serviced using the dropdown arrow.

Navigate to the Service screen.
Select Schedule Service.

Follow the prompts and enter the information requested for your selected service(s).
