What is SmartShop?

SmartShop is our easy-to-use online shopping experience, which offers a streamlined purchasing process with lots of savings along the way. Users can now view their own custom pricing, schedule appointments with Sales Consultants, estimate their trade-in value and apply for financing. 

Have you ever wished you could walk outside your front door and see a new Ford in your driveway? With SmartShop, we will deliver your new vehicle right to your home, without you ever setting foot in our Southfield dealership. Even if you live as far as Franklin, Birmingham, Ferndale, Novi or beyond, our SmartShop service is available for you to use!

Home Delivery is extended towards test drives as well -- you can request one with a vehicle from our new Ford inventory, and we’ll deliver it right to your driveway. 

How Do I Use SmartShop?

SmartShop allows you to shop from home with confidence and peace of mind with these four easy steps:

Step 1. Choose Your Vehicle: Search our new and pre-owned inventory for your desired make, model, trim level, body style, price range, and a host of other categories. Once you find what you're looking for, click the "SmartShop" button and start your deal!

Step 2. Price It Your Way: Choose whichever financing options you prefer such as leasing, mileage, purchasing, rates, money down, even select which rebates you would qualify for! At any point, you can contact one of our Sales Consultants to help answer any questions and provide more information about options. 

Add Trade-In information, estimate the value of your vehicle, and select any Add-ons such as Extended Service Contract, GAP Coverage, or Prepaid Maintenance you would be interested in learning more about.

Step 3. Apply for Credit: Use our secure credit application process to get immediate approval.

Step 4. Sign and Relax: We will deliver the vehicle to you at your home, office or agreed upon location and sign any remaining paperwork. We can pick up your trade-in vehicle right from you as well.
