What is the Ford Power Promise?

The Ford Power Promise is an easy way for people interested in buying a new electric Ford to get one, as well as a reliable location to charge your vehicle: your home! For each new Model-E car purchased or leased, a customer will be eligible to receive:

  • Complimentary Ford Connected Charger Station
  • Home installation or $2,000 of Power Promise Alternative cash.


For installation, after taking your charger home you'll receive an email from Qmert with instructions, requesting you take pictures of your home to submit for electrician quotes. After reviewing the quotes, you can then set a time for the Qmerit installer to come. At the requested time, the installer will come to finish the task and over the next few days they will finalize any permits and complete the installation.

In addition, Ford is increasing an electric vehicle owner’s ability to find charging stations, using its BlueOval Charging Network and connectivity to allow you to automatically add a station as a stop on any long trips.
