Avis Ford has been closely monitoring the rapidly evolving developments relating to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our number one priority is keeping our employees, customers, and community safe. 

 
Update: While our showroom is now open, we recommend setting an appointment with one of our friendly sales staff so we may continue to ensure social distancing guidelines are met. We will continue to offer remote delivery to your home or office and we offer shop-at-home services to make your car buying experience as stress-free as possible. Shop for your vehicle onlineapply for credit, schedule an appointment for a test drive, and complete your purchase all remotely.

  • Vehicle delivery right to your door or agreed upon location

UPDATE: Our Service Center, Parts and Quick Lane are fully open with new hours of operation. Please be advised we highly recommend an appointment before coming to the dealership for mechanical service. Our key drop box will be available day and night for truly contact-less service, please call us to let us know what service you are bringing your vehicle in for. Rentals will be available, however, we will not be able to offer shuttle service at this time and we will not be able to accommodate customers who wish to wait for their mechanical service to be completed. Our Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center will have space for customers to wait for their maintenance to be completed. Our Quick Lane lounge has been arranged to make certain customers may wait safely while complying with CDC recommendations.

 

Our Body Shop location is available for any collision repair assistance Monday through Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, located just down the road from our Showroom at 21377 Telegraph Road. Please contact our Body Shop at 248-799-8914.

During this time, customers can use our website to:

  • Schedule an appointment with our Sales Team.
  • View all of our inventory. Including incoming/ordered vehicles.
  • Customize payment options on every vehicle in our inventory using the blue "SmartShop" button. This tool allows customers to build out different leasing or purchasing terms. Including term length, mileage, applicable rebates, conditional rebates, apply all discount plans, research extended warranty options, and pricing, even apply for credit approval, estimate trade value, and schedule an appointment. 
  • Chat with staff members.
  • View window stickers for all Ford inventory.
  • Inquire with us! Reach our Sales team by giving us a call, sending us an email, chatting, text, or using the "Contact Us" form on our site.
  • Visit our showroom! Masks are required to be worn while inside our dealership and our Sales team have taken measure to ensure social distancing, including plastic shields on desks.  


Check out one part of our procedure for disinfecting new and used vehicles for our customers. This takes place after our initial prep process, these are the steps we take just before delivery or test drives.

The health and safety of our customers and employees is always our most important priority. As we continue to learn more about the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we focus on how it could affect our customers and employees.

At Avis Ford, we are following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control, Oakland County, and State of Michigan health agencies for staying healthy.

Among other measures, throughout our store, we have:

  • Instructed employees to frequently wash their hands and stay home if they feel sick
  • Encouraged social distancing and eliminated handshakes
  • Added new hand sanitizer stations throughout our stores
  • Increased the frequency of cleaning each day
  • Increased cleaning of high traffic areas such as countertops, door handles, and restrooms
  • Canceled large meetings and travel throughout our company
  • Instructed employees to follow CDC guidelines and closely monitor their health

If you do not feel well or would rather not visit a store, please utilize our website to browse inventory, request an appointment, calculate your payment, or chat with us. If you have any concerns about an existing sales or service appointment, we would be happy to reschedule.
