Beginning with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine that is partnered with front wheel drive and a six-speed transmission to provide up to 173 HP and 174 lb.-ft. of torque and offers an impressive EPA-estimated of up to 21 city/31 Hwy MPG.* For those who prefer an engine that enhances performance and efficiency there are also two available EcoBoost engines, a 1.5 and 2.0-liter direct injection and twin independent variable cam timing (Ti-VCT) engines that provide direct fuel injection, piston cooling jets for durability and with the 2.0-liter engine steering wheel mounted paddle shifters. These engines also offer an EPA-estimated fuel savings of up to 23 city/34 Hwy MPG.*

For those who prefer a more earth-conscience vehicle, should check out the 2020 Ford Fusion hybrid. Available with a 2.0-liter I-4 Atkinson-cycle gasoline engine and electric motor that provides up to 188 combined HP and is partnered with an electronically controlled continuously variable transmission (eCVT) for a smooth and efficient drive. The Fusion Hybrid also has an EPA-estimated rating of 43 city/41 Hwy MPG.*
